- Can I add my company logo?
- Yes - upload PNG, JPG, or WEBP up to 5 MB (any dimensions; we resize automatically) or use a styled text logo.
- Is this different from an invoice?
- Yes - a receipt confirms a payment already received. Use Invoice Studio if you are billing for payment not yet made.
- Can I record a payment method?
- Yes - there is a field for payment method (cash, card, bank transfer) and a reference or transaction ID.
- When am I charged?
