Terms of service

By using automated.info and our cloud tools you agree to these terms.

The service

We provide browser-based business tools (document studios, data cleanup, and related jobs). Tools run on our infrastructure. Outputs are for your business use. They are not legal, tax, or accounting advice. You are responsible for reviewing documents before you send or rely on them.

Credits and billing

Cloud tools are billed in credits. Processing and previews are free. A credit is charged on the first download of a job’s paid results. Failed or cancelled jobs are not charged. Pack credits never expire. Credits are non-transferable and have no cash value except as described in our refund policy.

Forum Seeder is billed as a separate monthly subscription (Starter, Growth, or Pro). Cancellation stops future renewals at the end of the paid period.

When card checkout is enabled, payments are processed by Stripe. Prices are shown on the pricing pages.

Accounts and acceptable use

You must keep your credentials secure and provide accurate account details. Do not upload unlawful, infringing, or harmful content. Do not attempt to probe, overload, bypass billing, scrape other users’ data, or interfere with the service. We may suspend accounts that abuse the platform.

Intellectual property

The site, branding, software, and default templates belong to automated.info or its licensors. You retain rights to content you upload and to documents you generate for your own use, subject to these terms and applicable law.

Retention

Studio sessions and job files are retained for 7 days, then deleted. Download anything you need to keep before expiry.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, automated.info is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for losses arising from your use of generated documents. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us for credits in the 12 months before the claim.

Chargebacks

If you dispute a charge with your card issuer, we may pause the account while we investigate. Contact us first so we can resolve billing issues quickly.

Changes

We may update the site and these terms. Continued use after changes are posted constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be reflected on this page.
