Pricing FAQ

What does 1 credit buy?: The first download of a paid result for one job (PDF, DOCX, cleaned CSV, or transcript). Preview and processing stay free.
Do pack credits expire?: No. Pack credits stay in your balance until you use them.
Can I use credits on every tool?: Yes. One balance covers the whole document and data suite.
What about refunds?: Successful downloads are not refunded as cash. Billing errors that fail to grant credits are fixed or refunded. Refund policy.
How long are files kept?: Studio sessions and job outputs are kept for 7 days, then deleted. Download anything you need to keep.
