Privacy

This policy explains what automated.info collects and how we use it.

What we collect

Account details (email, name, password hash), credit and order records, contact-form messages, and files or document data you submit to run tools. We also collect basic technical logs needed to operate and secure the service.

How we use it

We use this data to provide tools, bill credits, support your account, prevent abuse, and improve reliability. We do not sell your personal information.

Retention of uploads and results

Uploaded job files, studio sessions, and generated outputs are deleted automatically after 7 days. Account and billing records are kept as long as needed for the account and legal/accounting obligations.

Processors

When card payments are enabled, payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store full card numbers. Login, signup, password reset, and the contact form may use Cloudflare Turnstile to block bots. Cloudflare processes that challenge under Cloudflare's privacy policy.

Analytics

If a Google Analytics Measurement ID is configured, we send page views to Google with ads and signals turned off, and without your account email or a user ID.

Security

We use HTTPS, session controls, and access limits on admin areas. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure; use a strong unique password.
