Refunds

Credit packs are a digital service. Unused pack credits remain in your account until you spend them.

Credits and downloads

Successful downloads of paid tool results consume credits and are not refundable as cash. Failed jobs and cancelled runs do not consume credits. Processing and preview without download are free.

Billing errors

If a paid charge fails to grant the correct credits due to a billing or webhook error, contact us. We will correct the balance or refund the charge.

Forum Seeder plans

Forum Seeder is billed as a monthly subscription, separate from credit packs. Cancel from Billing in the Forum Seeder app (Cancel at period end, or Manage billing on Stripe). Cancellation stops future renewals. You keep access until the end of the paid period. It does not automatically cash out unused Forum Seeder allowance or remaining tool credits.
