What is automated.info?

A suite of browser business tools: invoices, contracts, proposals, estimates, timesheets, CSV cleanup, YouTube transcripts, and more document helpers. Run them in your browser with no install.

How do credits work?

Preview and autosave are always free. The first download of a paid result costs 1 credit, once per job. Re-downloads of the same job are free for 7 days. Failed or cancelled jobs are not charged.

What do I get when I sign up?

After you verify your email, open the tools page and claim 2 free credits. Buy a credit pack when you need more. Pack credits never expire.

Do credits work across every tool?

Yes. One shared balance covers the whole suite. Spend credits on an invoice today and a CSV cleanup tomorrow.

How long are my files kept?

Studio sessions and job outputs are kept for 7 days, then deleted automatically. Download anything you need to keep before expiry.

Is this legal advice or accounting software?

No. Templates and generators help you produce documents quickly. They are not a substitute for a lawyer, accountant, or full accounting suite. Review outputs before you send them.

What is Forum Seeder?

Forum Seeder is for people who run their own forum: prove you own it, generate or write threads, approve them, then post on a human-like schedule. See /forum-seeder.

Is Forum Seeder spam software?

No. You can only connect forums after DNS or HTML ownership verification on a domain you control. There is no third-party community spam path.

Who operates the site?

automated.info is a trading name of Digital World IT LTD. Payments (when checkout is live) are processed by Stripe.

How do refunds work?

Successful downloads consume credits and are not refunded as cash. Billing errors that fail to grant credits are fixed or refunded. Read the refund policy.
